Swift Morph (https://swiftmorph.com) offers free online tools. We built it so that your documents and text stay on your device. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use the website.
The PDF tools, image converter, text tools, QR generator and text-to-speech run entirely in your browser. The files, passwords, signatures, images and text you work with are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.
Text-to-speech uses the speech engine built into your browser or operating system. Depending on the voice you choose, your browser or device vendor may process the spoken text on its own servers — see the voice details shown in the tool ("On-device" or "Online").
Some tools save preferences locally using your browser's storage — for example, the text-to-speech tool remembers your text draft, selected voice, speed, pitch, volume and pronunciation dictionary. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can remove it any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Passwords you type to open protected PDFs are kept in memory only while the page is open and are discarded when you close or refresh it.
We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and show ads. Third-party advertising partners (such as Google) may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage ad personalization through your ad provider's settings (for example Google Ad Settings) and control cookies in your browser.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.
To work, some pages load code or fonts from third-party content delivery networks (for example, the PDF viewer engine is loaded from cdnjs). When your browser requests these resources, the provider can see your IP address and basic request details. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
We share limited information only with service providers that help us run the website (hosting, analytics, advertising), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. We do not sell personal data.
We keep technical and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Emails you send us are kept as long as necessary to handle your request.
Processing files locally reduces exposure of your data, and the website is served over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Since we do not receive your files or text, there is nothing of that kind for us to retrieve or delete. To exercise your rights regarding other data, email privacy@swiftmorph.com.
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
