2The service

Swift Morph provides free online utilities — including PDF tools (merge, split, organize, compress, sign, encrypt), image-to-PDF conversion, text tools, QR code generation and text-to-speech. Most tools run entirely inside your browser, which means your files and text are processed on your own device.

We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time without notice.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the website. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for it.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to process content you have no right to use;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the website in a way that degrades the service for others;
• forge signatures or documents, or use the tools to impersonate or deceive any person;
• remove or bypass password protection on files you are not authorized to open.

5Your files and content

You keep all rights to the files, text and data you work with. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive, store or review your files. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for having the legal right to do so.

Always keep your own backups. Closing or refreshing the page may discard unsaved work, and results are not stored on our servers.

6Important notes about specific tools

• PDF encryption: password protection uses standard PDF encryption. If you forget a password, it cannot be recovered by us. Do not rely on it as the only protection for highly sensitive information.
• PDF signing: the signing tool places a visual signature image on a document. It is not a certificate-based digital signature and may not be legally binding or accepted for every purpose. Check your local requirements.
• Compression: some modes convert pages to images, so text may no longer be selectable or searchable.
• Text-to-speech: voices come from your device and browser. Availability, quality and accuracy vary, and some voices may send text to the voice provider's servers according to your browser or operating system.
• QR codes: test every code before printing or publishing it. You are responsible for the content it links to.

7Intellectual property

The website's design, branding, text, code and compilation are owned by Swift Morph or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Open-source libraries we use remain subject to their own licenses. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the website or its tools as your own product without written permission.

8Third-party services and advertising

The website may display advertisements and may load resources (such as code libraries or fonts) from third parties. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. Your dealings with advertisers or any linked website are solely between you and them.

9Disclaimer of warranties
